Purposes and legal basis

To reply to availability and information requests, as a pre-contractual step you ask for. Necessary cookies rely on the legitimate interest in running the site. Preference and analytics cookies, if enabled, rely on consent.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to manage the stay and related duties, and in any case no longer than 24 months if no booking follows, unless the law requires otherwise.

Recipients

Data is not sold for marketing. It may be processed by the hosting provider and, if mail is configured, by the email service. A copy of the request may be stored on the server in a non-public file.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@bebtorredeicavalieri.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
